The staff had terrible attitudes and act like you’re bothering them when requests are asked, with the exception of 2 people. We had to switch rooms due to a stain being on the bed. They “ran out of towels” and we stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never came to our room. I asked if we could get a late checkout, one staff member asked for my room number, and said we could, but I knew something was off when he didn’t enter the info into the computer, or jot the info down. The following morning, I called the front desk, just for reassurance, and the “assistant manager” asked which room I was in, but then immediately said they don’t do late check out. If that was the case, why did you ask for my room number, and why did another staff member tell me it was OK the night prior? Overall, the experience was terrible, which is what I was not expecting, as I’ve stayed before. My last visit was back in October, and the same elevator was out of service this go round as well. Another visitor had the same concerns, and also said she would be leaving a terrible review. I wouldn’t recommend this location for booking.
