I have stayed at this hotel before and have always enjoyed my stay. This one particular time, I was annoyed because the air conditioner was not working in the whole buidling and I feel that they should have informed me when I checked in. Instead, I was in my room for about 2 hours when I realized it was not getting any cooler in the room. So, I called the front desk and they told me that the A/C was broken and they could bring me a fan. The fan did help a lot. I understand that these things happen and they couldn't prevent the situation especially when Taipei was experiencing a heatwave but it was not fun. The manager saw my Expedia check-in feedback and responded to my message. After speaking with him, he was able to help me feel more comfortable in the hotel and even offered my friend who was checking in later an early check in. I'm not sure if the A/C was ever fixed but by the end of my stay, I was comfortable. Usually, when I stay here, the staff, the room, and the hotel condition are all great. Nothing was different this time, except for the temperature in the room.

I booked this room for a friend as we were both attending a wedding. So this is his review: I loved the room. It was a great size for one or two people. I liked that I could walk through the closet to access the room or the bathroom. The hot water was always ready. I had a nice view of the front. My room was hot as the hotel's air conditioning was not working, but it didn't affect my ability to sleep.

Great stay. We booked the honeymoon suite for just a little more than a standard room and enjoyed the extra space. Great breakfast and a short walk to the green line metro. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice staff, great free breakfast, clean and spacious room, free snacks and water, very reasonable price, the location is slightly far from Bart station but it’s totally fine with me as I’m doing the city walk anyway. If only thing I would like they to provide is one-time slipper and hair conditioner. Other than that, I’m pretty happy with my stay. I stayed at 3 hotels in Taipei and so far, this is the one I like the most. I’ll definitely book this hotel for my next Taipei trip

住了三晚，除了第一晚房間浴室很多毛沒有迎賓水果外，第二、三晚好像房務員不一樣房間變得很乾淨也有迎賓水果。 第一晚發現浴室地上有很多毛後有跟櫃檯說，櫃檯請房務員來整理，但我回到房間時還是有一些毛。第二晚後地上就非常乾淨了。 偶爾會聞到煙味。但基本上房間浴室很大而且停車方便，有機會還會再選擇這間飯店。
