Staff was very ghetto and rude the supervisor I was told her name was AK do not need to work in customer service I went to breakfast @ 8:40 the cooked breakfast was unavailable and another guest asked for it from the clerk at checkout and the response was breakfast is almost over so the cook will only make enough for the guests that was waiting because the cook had to get off the clock but the way she said it was so rude I will never stay or recommend this property but there was light within the darkness of the staff and her name was Taye very sweet young lady at check in Thank you Taye for being a great customer service agent in spite of your horrible co workers!

The staff had terrible attitudes and act like you’re bothering them when requests are asked, with the exception of 2 people. We had to switch rooms due to a stain being on the bed. They “ran out of towels” and we stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never came to our room. I asked if we could get a late checkout, one staff member asked for my room number, and said we could, but I knew something was off when he didn’t enter the info into the computer, or jot the info down. The following morning, I called the front desk, just for reassurance, and the “assistant manager” asked which room I was in, but then immediately said they don’t do late check out. If that was the case, why did you ask for my room number, and why did another staff member tell me it was OK the night prior? Overall, the experience was terrible, which is what I was not expecting, as I’ve stayed before. My last visit was back in October, and the same elevator was out of service this go round as well. Another visitor had the same concerns, and also said she would be leaving a terrible review. I wouldn’t recommend this location for booking.

Very clean, smells good, convenient location to shopping and dining. Check in was slow due to new employee being trained and no hot water in the shower, low water pressure in sink, but I would stay there again.

Al llegar no había nadie en la recepción, los dos elevadores no servían y uno tenía que subir los pisos que fuera y el equipaje en las gradas, no funcionaba la TV, tampoco el aire acondicionado, ni la cafetera, y para colmo en la noche ya no había agua en el baño. Terrible experiencia, suciedad abajo de las camas.

When we went to check in, they said our room did not have a TV. We requested a TV and it said it came with the room. They said they had no more rooms available. So we took the room and upon entering it was never cleaned called the front desk and then they found us another room, that was much more accommodating. So.

My stay was great but the hotel is changing hands to Comfort Suites and it looks a messy with signs covered up, but don’t let that fool you, still a nice hotel to stay at.

Sad and not worth my money
Below our standards for a Hotel. The outside grounds were terrible, only one of the two elevators worked. There was no running water out of the sink in our bathroom. There was a bad odor in various areas of the Hotel. The breakfast was great each time with kind friendly service.
