Hyatt Regency Houston West
The facility is old and it is barely kept up. The carpets are worn out and dirty. The bedsheets had horrible stains. The bathroom is moldy and dirty. The parking is horrible.

No mention of a $10.00 fee to park on site. The pool was closed for no apparent reason.

Heritage Inn Suites Houston/Sugar Land, Trademark by Wyndham
The property was clean and the hotel receptionist was excellent at her job. Breakfast was plentiful. No complaints here. It was well worth the funds.
