Gym is decent however the scale needs replaced or some TLC. Couple times I’ve been the hot tub has been off. Breakfast is amazing. Hyatt Regency Houston West
The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel.
