"Room was very small but clean and comfortable. Air conditioner would stay at only one temperature and it got stuffy. Otherwise excellent storage under the bed. Bathroom has weird toilet holder than was crooked and the paper kept falling off. Great stay for the price. "

"The hotel is in a great location, our room was two twin beds and they were very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The hotel rooms were definitely older style , a bit old fashioned and tired looking but it was clean with a great river view. The bathroom was basic and could do with an update but again was clean . We had an issue after having a bath that the water came up through the floor drain and flooded the bathroom floor. It was difficult to get anyone to answer the phone but I found a cleaning lady on the corridor and she was very helpful and called maintenance for us . Everything was cleaned up and towels replaced. The hotel bar was lovely , pretty flowers on the windows made for great photos and the cocktails were delicious. The local docks behind the hotel were also lovely to wander around with great v eating places. All in all I would recommend the hotel and would stay again but it would be nice to see some updated rooms. "

"breakfast was ok not much of a choice but it can sustain you..stuff a little too pushy near closing time while people were still eating .. there should be a choice of making your own coffee in your room and not have to pay every time 4£!!! since there is a kettle wouldn't hurt toga e few teas coffee and milk sachets "
