「hotel is very good」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. As was the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel next door was excellent too and provided lovely well cooked food both dinner and breakfast. The only downside would be the internet connection. It was not very stable in my room and would randomly and often disconnect. I did report it to reception. This did not detract from an excellent hotel though. I would stay here again.」

「Tastefully renovated with high-quality materials and design elements...loved it!」

「the location is good, but the hotel is very out-dated. There was heavy smell of smoke on the hallway and the WiFi is pretty much unavailable.」

「Very respectful and helpful staff. The breakfast was filling and the beds were very comfortable」

「Schönes Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Kommen immer wieder gerne.」

「Enjoyed a lot my stay at this hotel. It was so clean and comfortable. I have been traveling with my two friends, everyone had her bed and we had a big kitchen to spend time together. It was spacious, with laundry downstairs and drying machine, free parking. I would choose the same hotel during my next trip to Basel. Highly recommend.」
