I enjoyed the drive up the mountain more than the tower itself. Overpriced in my opinion but you do get scenic views and to review some of the history of the bathhouses and area which was nice.

Be sure to take your National Park Pass if you have one. Eight dollars each a bit pricey for an elevator ride to the top, but a great view and lots of captioned photos about the area and its history.
