Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hot Springs by IHG
We had the worst experience….1. Our room was not clean, the trash was full, the toilet had urine stains, and the sheets were dirty. The front desk clerk had yo come clean our room at 8 pm. 2. There was a roach in the restroom 3. There was no comp or room discount.

Candlewood Suites Hot Springs by IHG
Room was great, host when checking in was fantastic. A fire alarm went off early Sunday morning waking the hotel. Not the hotels fault of course, but when going outside to make sure things were safe, as i walked back in the main entrance, the lady working the desk would not answer mine or anyone ...
