「This was a great spot right on the water. Once you go into Hot Springs there are some questionable areas, but we enjoyed this location! The staff was great and everything was clean! 」

「The only problem I had was making the reservation. I called what I thought was the hot springs Comfort Inn suites. The person on the phone was not very helpful and gave me a very high rate said there was only one room available. I hung up got on line w Expedia and made my reservations. When I got to motel the front desk staff was very helpful. I do feel it was a little pricy. I hung 」

「Baymount by Wyndham Hot Springs by the Lake, in my opinion, has great potential to be able upgrade hotel level due to beautiful location right next to the lake with beautiful mountains in the distance and the excellent cleanliness. The major problem is maintenance of the property and staffing. There was only 1 staff who seemed to do everything. When we were there to check in, there was no one for a long while. 「Rooms were very nice & clean — at breakfast we had waffles - oatmeal & hot coffee or hot tea . Staff was very nice & helpful . The only negative we found about it —- no hair dryers in rooms or at the desk — so be sure & bring your own ! Yes - we all would stay again !!!」
