Room was fine. Tv was small. Breakfast was disappointing. Outdoor Pool was not open due to cold weather. No hot tub. Overall it was an okay stay. Wish there was more amenities to make me enjoy

Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
I did not get the room that I booked and paid for online. I was supposed to get 2 queen beds and a couch and my room was not held for me. I receive a king bed and a couch. One of my friends had to sleep on the floor. How do you give a room away that was prepaid a month ahead of time?

Room with a view of Lake Hamilton! Planned to stay overnight only and ended up extending for 2 more nights. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The cleanest Motel 6 that I've ever stayed at.
