「Convient」

「The room smelt like mold it was mowed around the toilet bowl at the bottom on the floor I got locked out my room they had to change my room they also gave me a room that I did not reserve. Then, once they changed me from to the room to the one that I actually picked overall the stay was a horrible experience.」

「There is dedicated parking at the hotel. That is a huge plus down there! This place was built back in Hot Springs hayday. It is kitchy and cute. It is close enough to main street to walk to. Nice attendant. Fully stocked kitchette. Cups, forks.....」

「The sound insulation of the room is not very good」

「Definitely was not up to par as it was advertised, and was overcharged even when I booked through Expedia.」

「Next to the Waffle House」

「No one at office for check in or to help with questions and/issues - only a phone number posted on door to call. Room door had no peep hole, dead bolt or chain. I had someone knock on my door at 2am and realized just how vulnerable I was. Will not stay here again.」

「Dont go here」

「First night I booked Noone was there to receive me so i could check in. Went bavk 3 times that night so no one was at front desk had to get another hotel.. , second time they did not honor the reservation at expedia price. They charged more the gentleman said oh no not that price.」

「Dirty surroundings, rooms, dirty towels, shady looking characters. I would avoid this hotel.」
