「My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival. 「I've stayed at this hotel many times and never once been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and personable. The entire place is very clean and well taken care of. The rooms are very clean, and the thermostat keeps the room at whatever temperature that you like. It's my #1 preferred hotel in Lenoir, NC.」
