Checked in, then started noticing some shady characters loitering in the parking lots. 2 seperate incidents involving police, all before dark! Bed sheets had stains, shower was dirty! I'll never be back

I reserve late night this place because we didn’t want to drive home late but the place was terrible , lots of young people making noises and was no parking available, the counter person was of no help at all and very rude

The pros - the room was spacious and clean; there was a large refridgerator, a microwave and a mini stove; the parking area was well lit; and the bed was comfortable. The morning clerk was friendly and professional on day two. The cons - The evening clerk was incredibly rude. I even asked him why he was speaking so rudely to me. He raised his voice because I asked him why he wanted $10 in cash. He kept repeating the single word "deposit"; however, I paid in advance. If it were for incidentals, there was no sign stating so, and it wasn't on their website. The room only had two very small pillows on each queen sized bed, there was only 2 sets of towels but I booked the room for 3. There wasn't shampoo, conditioner, or a hair dryer. Thankfully, there was a Walmart across the street. When I checked out the rude man was working again - he didn't speak when I entered the lobby, I offered him my room card, he didn't speak at all. He didn't thank me for staying there or wish me a nice day. These a the very basic expectations of customer service. I will not stay at this property in the future.

It’s fine for a cheap night stay passing through, but wouldn’t plan on staying longer. Bedding had burn wholes in it. Towels are stained and thin while it has been renovated there is already build up on the baseboards. Has a burner to cook but nothing to cook with. Seems like it’s more of a long term rental stay of locals

I had a very bad and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. Around 3:20 AM someone started knocking on my door multiple times, which was very disturbing and made me feel unsafe. On top of that, the room next to mine (Room 131) was extremely noisy during the night. Because of this situation, I no longer felt secure staying there and had to leave the hotel around 3:45 AM. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to safety concerns and lack of quiet during the night.

I’ll not recommend people to stay at this place the staff are not honest I did book no smoking room when I get there they give me smoking room when I ask to change it they convinced me that the room I got is not smoking room I even told them there is ashtray in the they did care to change it I stayed there for one night because it was late but I couldn’t stand for smelling in room the next morning I did check out. The room was not clean

The doorway was partally broken, the floors stained the flior mat for the shower, tge cabinets for tge kitchenette had debris and dirt, the fridge has spills but, the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff were quick and efficient

All I’m gonna say is you get what you pay for. I reserved a king room and got a double. Which was fine , but both beds were dirty. The blankets and pillow cases more than the sheets. The whole room just felt dirty. My favorite option was the black tree air fresheners all over the room. When you shower most of the water runs into the floor no matter what you try and do to stop it. It worked for our last minute trip but never again will I stay there again. It looks real nice in the pictures. Don’t let them fool you.

Reserved for 1 night stay when traveling with food for dinner and breakfast, needing freezer/refrigerator and microwave. Thought with partial kitchen having a heatimg surface would have silverware. Plates, some minimum cookware for extended stay. This was not the case. Bed was comfortable
