The room was without a kettle and a mini fridge.
Noisy guests and rude guests
Shouting in the backyard late at night.
The breakfast restaurant was tiny there is no enough tables at breakfast if you like to sleep in.
Make sure you get up sharp at 7am.
Staff was nice and helpful.
Wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

Very clean hotel. Amazing breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. The spa was inexpensive. I tried the Thai hot oil massage, amazing! Convenient location just a short walk to the main tram. Language was a minor barrier but we made it work.I very much recommend this hotel.

"Not sure about the other rooms but Superior Double Room is very tired and in need of upgrade. Couches and chairs either should be replaced or reupholstered - dirty and worn - we wouldn’t use them. Bedspread was also unclean. Attention to detail is obviously lacking as evidenced by a bathroom ceiling ..."
