"I would stay here again for a few reasons; 1) the breakfast is well done, saves time and expense, 2) indoor heated pool was super clean, 3) 24 hr lobby coffee, and 4) the staff is so kind (and under staffed - one person is doing the job of three) at all times with a smile. Yes, the entire place needs to be refurbished. The hot tub looked gross and was broken. There really isn’t access to the beach because the trail is so overgrown, my skinny small child couldn’t squeeze through. The drive to the beach is short, however. The rooms are clean. I liked having a mini fridge and microwave. The overall value is high."
