「Great customer service」

「This has become our favorite hotel for my family & I when we frequent the area. Since we stay a couple days, we appreciate the kitchenette area to prepare food. 」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「Kimberly on front desk was very helpful and provided us with handicap room close to elevators. She went out of the way in looking after our safety and comfort. We had a comfy stay. Thank you Kimberly」

「Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Wheeling at the Highlands is a great place to stay. Very clean property, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and was fully equipped to meet our needs. Whenever we're in town, Hawthorn Suites at Wheeling, will definitely be our preferred choice.」

「The room was clean. The staff were always available and efficiently helpful and pleasant. Breakfast included the typical wafflemaker and breads as well as apples and peanut butter for us gluten free individuals. It was budget friendly so I did not expect a full hot breakfast buffet. even without that it was very good. It was quiet despite being in the middle of the city and there was a Wendys a subway and an Arbys very close (less than 5 minutes walk or drive). I would definitely stay here again...
