「Staff was very nice and there is free breakfast. I can tell hotel has been slightly updated. Vending machines only take cash. Overall cleanliness isn’t horrible but it could be cleaner in the rooms - coffee machine was molded and not sure if bedding was washed prior to getting the room. TV was great, AC/heating worked great and didn’t smell. Had no noise issues either. Would def stay again. 」

「The staff was great! The room was clean. We were there for the oglebay light display and this hotel was only 2 1/2 miles away. So glad we stayed here, and it was close to everything.My wife and I had dinner and drinks at the "Wheel House" which is located directly across the street and the hospitality there was also exceptionally great. Thanks for everything! I will be back.」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」
