"Food at the bar/restaurant was great! The room was huge we got a king suite. Natalie at the front desk was so amazingly friendly. There was also a bartender (gentleman) at the bar and it was his first day and he was fantastic!"

"Drove 8 hours and they did not honor our reservation. Suggested I take a single queen bed room and share it with my 17 year old daughter. I declined and requested my deposit be returned (which still has not happened!) Pictures online DO NOT MATCH room decor or appearance. Lobby bathroom was overrun ..."

"Second time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as you’re close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. ..."
