"Great location to see Great Sand Dunes NP (still about 45 mins away, but it is a remote place)."

"Great concept for lodging, movie and meals. We stayed in the steamer suite which has a private bathroom. Simplistic, comfortable, quiet, nicely appointed room with walk out patio. We had brought our blackstone and cooked dinner on the rock gravel just off the patio. The accommodations were perfect. There is a concession area that you can rent cooking boxes to make your meals. We toured the facility while we were there. The commercial kitchen is outstanding. Everything you would need to prepare a lovely meal for yourself. Plenty of table and bar seating inside the concession area. There wasn’t a movie playing the night we stayed, but we will definitely return when one is playing."

"Skip the big name hotels next time you are in Alamosa. This hotel is older, but has been updated, is extremely clean, and well maintained. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The brick walls in the room were a huge hidden bonus to help prevent unwanted noise from any neighbors. 10/10!"

"The Comfort Inn is convenient for travelers heading to the Great Sand Dunes or the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railway. It’s been around for years. I wasn’t that thrilled with the food, but that wasn’t why I stopped there, the breakfast buffet was blah."
