in all everything is good but I had requested before leaving that we wanted two connecting rooms.And I had said I would pay extra, but unfortunately they didn't give us that room Even though the child was with us.This was upsetting

'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
It was our a second time staying here & we were met with the same hospitality by the staff as last time. We were impressed with how they handled the major storm and how accommodating they were towards us.

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa
Extremely long walk to front desk. Extra costs was not listed sink water tag hot and cold water cannot be adjusted. Air cond airflow is too cold

The hotel is amazing. I'm not a huge fan of the hidden fees, however, the rooms and hotel make up for it.
