Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki was an experience I just have to share. Honestly, it was the customer service that blew me away – it's like they've set a whole new standard. Imagine rating them 100 out of 10; that's how good they were. When our bidet had an issue, they had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. Needed a remote? Boom, delivered in 30 minutes as well. The valet parking wasn't just convenient, it was lightning fast. But, let me tell you, the real MVPs of our stay were the staff. Each one of them made us feel not just welcomed, but truly valued. The hotel's location is another big win. It's so conveniently close to all the main attractions in Waikiki that we could just stroll out and be in the heart of everything in minutes. The beach, shops, restaurants – you name it, we were there without any hassle. But circling back, what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff's genuine warmth and efficiency. They weren't just doing their jobs; they were making sure we had the best time. And we did. Hats off to The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki for making our vacation not just a stay, but a truly amazing experience. If you're heading to Waikiki, this is the place you want to stay at. Trust me, it's worth it.

I wanted a place where I felt the cleanliness was good enough to sit on the floor of the hotel. This place delivered in so many ways. The customer service was top knot. Everyone was so kind. They were able to make all our wishes happen with ease. Our kids slept before the sun went down and they were able to make the room extra dark and provide toddler rails. It was great experience! Highly recommended

What i did not like is some staff members treating us differently there because of what we were wearing from been and about. I brought 2 friends that never been in a fancy hotel before and yes they don’t know their ways in and out around the hotel. What I do like is that the location is close for walking distance to the beach and stores. But everything else is great. Thank you

Everything was perfect except the bed was so soft and we were 10 inch down in the middle of the bed. We couldn’t sleep well all 4 nights but we couldn’t ask to change the mattress.!! The staff are so friendly and professional and the hotel room was crystal clear. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the cleanliness.

The hotel , customer service was top notch. However, the downside is that the property is not located on the beach and you have to walk to the beach 10-20 minutes depends what beach you choose since there are a lot of them and they all open to public.

Perfect!! Located 2 blocks from the beach, but our balcony had an amazing view! We loved having a little kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out all of the time. The washer/dryer made it so we didn’t have to find a laundromat. The staff was so amazingly helpful and kind. I couldn’t have envisioned a better place to stay!! Thank you, Ritz, for making this trip perfect!

The large pool and hot tubs were closed due to construction which only allowed for one pool to be used. This would sometimes cause for a wait or a less than ideal spot. The servers and staff were all amazing throughout our entire stay. We were on our honeymoon and were placed on a lower level near the pool construction so that could have been a little better due to the reason for our visit. The housekeepers would add little love themed items in our room and we were gifted a bottle of champagne during our first night which was very lovely!

all the staff were very friendly, cordial and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and had a nice view of the ocean. My favorite shops were conveniently located within a walking distance. Highly recommend this properly and will stay here again when we come back.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful expectations were beyond met. We came here for an anniversary celebration and were surprised with a free bottle of champagne and a beautiful card then the next day flowers and swan decorated the bed! Just amazing! The spa, the front desk and everyone that worked at the pool are just wonderful. Would not hesitate to recommend the ritz to anyone coming to Hawaii and we will stay again.

The pool was under renovation. Our room was over the renovation so noisy and sitting on our deck was not private. The staff were excellent. The spa was a disappointment. Clean and comfortable but steam room broken, no pools, no hot tub. Just a locker, toilet and a dry sauna. This was not what I was anticipating for the Ritz Carlton.
