「The room was musty smelling. Had several roaches in my bathroom…and when I say ‘several’ I’m talking more than 4! The air conditioning in the room was insufficient! I ended up opening up the windows so at least there was a breeze and it also helped with the musty smell! The staff was very apologetic but still an expensive stay to be so disappointing! Glad this won’t be my only experience of Maui as I could have stayed on the Jersey Shore for this!!!」

「We love our stay here. Location is the best. Walk to Kapalua Trail every morning. The beach is beautiful. The property is nice, kitchen are equipped with what you needed for everyday cooking. The property is clean, easy online check in process. The garden and the pool are also beautiful.」

「The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...
