Lovely stay. The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi. The breakfast was great, all staff at the restaurant made their best to serve us. Definitely recommend it

Very nice hotel, very nice rooms. Gym is very small, just 2-3 machines and a few dumbbells. Open 24/7 though, which is great. For public transportation you’ll have to walk a bit, but no more than 6-7 minutes.

The hotel is new and clean but the are sign of wear and tear that need to be addressed. The location is a bit far from Hennessy Rd where the shopping and dining is.

Very excellent. The entrance of the hotel is the bus stop, which is a 100m walk to the tram station and a few minutes to MTR station.The room is quiet and tidy, with beautiful scenery outside the window. What surprised me was that there was a small refrigerator in the room that could freeze drinks.

This hotel is managed by cheaters. They advertise one thing and what a traveller will receive is completely the opposite. On check in = they try to seduce travellers to pay am additional HKD 1,500 by cash out credit card even though the room had already been payed for via Expedia. On visiting the room, we noticed the air conditioning was not working. The room was hit as an oven. We informed the front desk personally. They promised to fix it. They made us wait 1 hour. We then called the front desk and they finally sent an engineer. The engineer tried hard but did not cure the problem. We then noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned. We then noticed many bugs in the room. We asked for a refund and had been denied. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are liars and cheaters only.

Hotel and room is excellent. However, the MTR is about 7-8mins walk, not too near when you have a luggage to tag along. Not much amenities in the immediate vicinity. Shuttle bus timing is before 10am, so can't make use of it. Hotel is good for those looking for nice, clean, safe hotel and want to be away from the crowds.

Front desk service is a bit slow and you feel a bit lost in it. Mostly rooms for locals so a lot of delivery of food at the reception. Not very hotel-like. Rooms a very small but it's clean and walkable distance to town. Will stay again if good rates

Good overall - delivered what I expected. Quiet and well appointed if smallish room. Tea making facilities were a bit limited. Bed was comfortable. It is a little out of the way but still walkable to shops and coffee.

The hotel staffs are very friendly. Before arrival I received an email saying the hotel cannot accept COVID positive guests. Upon arrival the concierge informed me that I will be paying a 3000 HKD penalty if I tested positive with COVID, I wish I had known this when I made this booking a month ago. Sadly while staying here on Day 2 at night, I was informed by the Health authority that I tested positive. Following gov regulations, I was supposed to get transferred to a quarantine facility. The Health authority was not able to pick me up before 12 noon on the next day because their services were overwhelmed, but the hotel manager allowed me to pay and stay in my room while waiting. The Health authority then picked me up at night and transferred me to a quarantine location. During the entire covid events, the hotel manager Mr Xu was very friendly and supportive to guide me on what to do next following gov guidance. Thank you Mr Xu and your team.
