"Staff were polite and responsive, gave ice packs for a fall and responded to requests quite promptly. I extended my stay and booked the wrong type of room, they still let me stay in the same room without extra charge. Views on higher floors are excellent, once you are high enough to see beyond the motorway below. Rooms are small and could do with more drawers - bedside table has no drawers nor the desk nor space under the bed. It is compensated by the super convenient location. You are paying for the view."

"The only issue is their Lift (Elevator) they have 3 Lifts but 2 are not working at the time I stayed 6/26-6/23. My room is in the 17th floor, I had to wait 5-8 minutes to used the Lift. But other than that, It’s a walking distance to the Hysan Place, Sogo, Time Square, the famous Bakehouse. Transportations are close by, mtr, bus stations, trams. Over all. I would stay here again!"
