「We had to suddenly get a room as we were camping and bad weather set in. The staff were so kind and accommodating. Check in time was 3:00, but because our room was ready they allowed us to check in at 9:00am!!! The room overlooked a fabulous rocky beach where we sat on our balcony and watched the seals on the rocks below. Our room was actually an apartment with a king size bed. They did not skimp on any thing… plentiful towels, coffee, creamer, soaps, lotions… To be honest, the outside of the...

「I wasn’t expecting anything mind blowing, and the woman at the front desk was really nice and that area was clean, but when I got to my room, it was a different story even though the bed was clean the surrounding room, the bathroom and the kitchen area were also filthy that I didn’t feel comfortable in the bed even though it was the cleanest part of the room I only encountered one cockroach, but that’s enough isn’t it? It went through an entire package of wet wipes, trying to wipe down...
