If you need an inexpensive place to sleep, this place is awesome! No frills, but the property is cheap and safe. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, the local store, gas station, etc. AC, heat and shower work great. Especially a great place for fishermen in the winter who fish all day and then need a safe, clean, inexpensive place to sleep. Good parking for trucks with Driftboats as well.
