"There were things in my room literally falling apart. Bed could only lay in the middle or it tipped over. Light in the bathroom falling down. Door stop in bathroom falling off. Many cracks in the walls. Not to mention the people screaming cuss words and threats of harm to each other. Will not be staying again. "

The in‑room kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which was appreciated. However, the room had a noticeable musky odor, likely due to the worn carpet. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay, so we were unable to use that amenity. Overall, it was a decent stay, though there were a few disappointments"

"I was in Rochester NY for 3 solid days for The Shannon Joy Truth and Wellness Summit. I traveled by car in from Dayton Ohio. All I needed was a place to sleep and put my stuff while in N.Y. Red Roof Inn did that just fine. I'm a busker and I'm used to sleeping in my car overnight...so...having access to a full restroom facility, bed, tv, fridge, microwave...was adequate for me. I require very little. Warm..restroom and shower...secure place for my belongings was all met by Red Roof Inn. If you desire "The Hilton Experience" every time you sleep somewhere other than your house? You will despise RRI. But if you're a person like me who just needs adequate amenities for existence away from the house? You're good. Thanks Red Roof Inn. If I'm in that area of NY again? I'll come back. Peace.
