「My only complaint is that the furnishings look a bit worn and old fashioned -- but overall, I liked the property and I would stay there again. I felt safe at all times, staff was respectful and helpful, good wi-fi, nice indoor pool, free breakfast with many choices, convenient parking. My room and the common areas were very clean. Location is convenient to expressway and East Henrietta Road, West Henrietta Road and Jefferson Road, where there are many stores and restaurants. 」

「I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .」
