Ants and cockroaches roaming on ceiling every nights.insects eggs filled the ceiling and walls Elevator and reception area has no aircond and it was so stuffy. and hot. the hotel always smell like smokes. foods was ok. not much of a selection. i asked hotels.com for my refund but theyre still not response to my request"

"Yes, the room was nice and the staff was courteous. We book the Pearl City Hotel because it offered breakfast with the room. there was no breakfast or restaurant so that made our mornings more difficulty in a city that we had never been to before. we did find a little place about a mile away. that was good."

When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money."
