"Staff was friendly. Had a first floor room right by pool area. Room/beds were comfortable but needed updating especially the bathroom (had seen better days). But to be fair it was a last minute booking and we got a room that had not yet been refurbished as we were told others in the hotel were. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Bar and restaurant were a nice plus. A little more attention to cleaning needed. State park with tram for Homosassa Springs State Park right behind hotel (walking bridge...
