「This is a nice nh hotel in Santander . The parking was convenient . It’s near a very good restaurant called “El Bonito “ which was recommended by our receptionist. The breakfast buffet was average and was not so good compared tot the other nh hotels though the service here is better . Since this is an nh collection and not an nh cuidad .. the amenities are not very good. I didn’t see a gym in the hotel . The lobby was nice but sparse . But what stands out is the service . 「位置离市区太远。整个酒店Wifi信号很差，几乎用不到！」

「超方便的酒店，行出門口就是商店街，服務衛生皆-流，無可挑剔，只有風筒不好用，但好多酒店連風筒都沒有。」

「木頭隔間非常的糟，住了兩晚，一直聽到隔壁歡樂，還有做愛的呻吟聲，晚上也很吵！總之，隔音效果不好，衣櫥打開有一種奇怪的霉味，裡面沒有冷氣，床鋪也很小，附近有很多旅館，感覺應該會比較好，做了這麼多平價旅館，這一間真的是最糟的，感覺踩雷了！」

「Had to put the heating on when I arrived as the room was very cold. The decor was very old, paint peeling and skirting loose. The washbasin was clean, hairs on it and the water from the tap was just a dribb. Having a shower was difficult as when you held the shower head up the water stopped altog. At the garage, the hotel advertised the price as €12 when it was actually €17. 」
