"Our ferry was postponed due to weather so we had an unexpected night in Santander. What a silver lining this turned out to be! Hotel Chiqui’s location is spot on, improved only by the excellent service we received from the very helpful staff - a huge shout out to Jeimy and Cristina in particular who were both lovely. All of the hotel’s rooms face the sea - we had booked a basic room, but were upgraded to one with a balcony. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, everything you need for a good stay. The breakfast, at 15€, was amazing. There was plenty of choice and it was good quality. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Santander. "

"Amazing hotel. We had a corner room with three balconies which was lovely. Room was very large and comfortable. Staff were amazing. Only niggle was the breakfast - could get a better breakfast just across the road at the corner bar for a third of the price. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Really nice room in a very central location. The staff were amazingly helpful & allowed me to not only drop off my bags at 10am so I could go exploring but I also checked in aboit 2 hours early too. The doors are all operated through an app or a code so you can come & go as you please & the bed is comfy & spacious. There's also a lovely big rainfall shower & the cleaning staff are helpful & friendly too. Would highly recommend."
