「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

「Clarion Pointe Winston-Salem Downtown is, as the name implies, located near the city center. Unfortunately, this hotel appears to be serving as a home for a number of people, and solo travelers and travelers with young children or impressionable teenagers would probably do well to avoid it. I was asked for money by someone in the parking lot within minutes of arriving at the property. A number of people seemed to be hanging out on the property, to the point where on the only full day I stayed in...

「This property feels outdated to me for the price we paid, but the bed was good, shower was good, the breakfast was outstanding for a hotel breakfast included with the stay. We had requested an accessible room when we reserved, but were given a room with a tub and shower. One of us cannot step into a tub so that wasn't helpful. And we were not informed they didn't have a walk-in shower available. Not a deal breaker for an overnight stay, but we should have been informed at the desk.」
