「Staffs are friendly and very helpful!」

「Very impressed with room size, cleanliness & amenities. Refridgerator was small. Water pressure was low, especially in the sink. Cookies were good, in they were available. Too many before 9am, there were none in the case. Morning staff needs to stay on top of availability. Homemade muffins needed to be cooked longer. If the tops fall & there is unbaked batter, they are not done. Never say any yogurt that is mentioned on their website. Asked for more towels & cooler. 24 hours later, had to make a...

「Room was nice and clean. Nice hot shower ... Only issue is the bathroom tub not draining properly so standing in water while taking a shower. Property was nice. Area was quiet. Many food options and shopping nearby. Very nice breakfast offering! Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean, maybe a little small. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. It was a good stay!」

「I felt very welcome! I had a pretty rough journey into Springfield, but they started my trip off on the right note. I felt like I got real hospitality, and they were very helpful in terms of helping me orient to the town and figure out where things are. The room was even more spacious than I thought, I thought I got a room for one but it could have effectively housed a small family. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Springfield.」
