「The suite was very nice and clean. The water on first night was lukewarm. Was ridiculous how the person at reception said that if it was not fixed the next day they would give me a bucket of hot water!!! Breakfast also very mediocre. Location very good」

「I will never stay here again. I had a problem in which I got terribly sick from the food and all they offered was $10 off. When I had an issue, they were trying to hold my stuff hostage until I paid as if I ever said I wasn't going to pay. The food sucks too. Don't go here.」

「The toilets DO NOT flush! Our group of friends had taken three rooms and ALL of them had plumbing issues. One of them changed the room to another floor and still the same issue. Another one not only had the toilet blocked, but even the shower drain was plugged. Water went out of the washroom, into the room and out into the corridor while taking a shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful but it is impractical to call then every time one uses the toilet. Not giving one star because the...

「My stay in Cool breeze Hotel, was disappointing. I was asked to pay extra amount for AC. Which was already payed for on Hotels.com. I was told if I do not pay the extra cost for air conditioner they will not check me in. I paid it and asked Hotels.com for a refund, unfortunately the Hotels.com was also not helpful in my case. 」

「Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel」
