「Great clean well kept hotel with water views, monkeys climbing on the balcony, walking distance to grocery and shopping. The restaurant was great, well staffed and friendly all around. This was my 5th hotel on my trip to Kenya and the best overall. It was right on the bridge so transportation was easy as walking outside. I extended my stay.」

「Well situated for 10 min walk to fort Jesus and old city. Clean and nice atmosphere」

「The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star.」

Lämmintä vettä tuli suihkusta, jääkaappi huoneessa. Hiljainen nukkua. Aamiainen hyvä. Ystävällinen palvelu vastaanotossa ja keittiössä, vaikka tulkin välityksellä ( aamiainen). Parasta katolla oleva uima-allas, jossa puhdas vesi ja hieno näköala. Auki 24/7, aamu- uinnilla ei ketään muita. Paras paikka pitkään aikaan!」

「The pillow in the hotel need changed, I can see the brown colour of the pillow, bathroom is dirty and sewer was block, when you have shower your feet is in the water. And there is no warm water.」

「Mombasa is HOT! They have A/C and while it is not real powerful it was a life saver and adequate! The cleaning staff was great especially Pamela who did so much for us! I would rate it highly for the type of hotel」

「The taxi had a very difficult time finding the place. We had to beg a towel. Breakfast was at least one hour later than announced so, because we had planned an excursion based on the announced breakfast time, we had no breakfast, though we paid for bed and breakfast. The bathroom floor was wet. 」
