The only thing I did not like was the buffet service for breakfast. They could serve the hot drinks and keep the food warmer. They can come bring the bill versus you going to pay. Lots of wasted time sitting doing nothing when they can be serving. Other than that front desk was quick, polite. Waiters at poolside could be more attentive. Overall impressed for price and location. Would stay again

When we checked in at night, No toiletries in the bathroom, we had to wait for the next day to get them. The toilet seat was not flashing down anything at all, the balcony doors were not closing shut and needed to be fixed as well. Early in the morning while jet legged, workers were fixing the roofs which was so loud it woke me up. Purchase your own water to drink people, because if you ask for any water. They will say the house keeper gave you water. Even when the house keeper forgets to give you water. I had to check out 2 days early from the hotel and no refund for 3 days.

The AC in the room didn’t work for two days. Each time they said, they fixed it and walked away and in 15 minutes later it didn’t work. Cold showers for two days. On the third day, they finally moved us to another room. This space is easy very good, but this time I was very disappointed. Maybe new management

Great clean well kept hotel with water views, monkeys climbing on the balcony, walking distance to grocery and shopping. The restaurant was great, well staffed and friendly all around. This was my 5th hotel on my trip to Kenya and the best overall. It was right on the bridge so transportation was easy as walking outside. I extended my stay.
