"We stayed here for a school convention. They were very patient with the kids and check in and check out was very easy. Its an older hotel so its condition is ok but they are working on renovations."

"This has been our favorite hotel for years, however, we’re disappointed with our stay this time. Our bathroom was not clean, the front desk staff seemed indifferent, and the valet never checked in our car making it difficult to find. "

"Breakfast was the highlight for sure. Hot and plentiful. The pool was PACKED with kids splashing. Our kids only swam for a little bit and stated it didn’t feel heated either. The room was missing extra linens for the pullout bed and we had to go down to the front desk to request some. No elevator near the suites which made it difficult to carry suitcases up the steps. "
