「We looked at so many different places to stay, this being our first time in Torquay. Boy did we pick the right spot. Breathtaking views, and despite being an older building, everything was in order. Spaceous apartment with everything we needed, fabulous sourroundings and amenities. The "Ocean view" bar was hard to leave... and the pool was in use every day by our kids. We would love to come back !」

「AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. 「Facilities were well organised and everything was as described. Bed was comfortable. Only downside wife me was that the carpet needs a clean, it is getting sticky under foot. Otherwise all good.」
