"Great welcome with a glass of Champagne complimentary breakfast added as a bonus. Great view from the room. Only comment would be although there were great blackout blinds, the light from the aircon control was very bright."

"First of all, there is no porter to help if you have lots of bags. Second when I went to get the bag trolley it had flat tyres. So I went to the other 2 trolleys and they had flat tyres. Honestly for the money you would be better staying at a place charging you $200 more for the convenience. It’s not about porters and trolleys. Think about it"

Close to coffee shops , an amazing IGA supermarket all within 2 minutes walk & bottle shop.Beautiful rooms Hotel also has free meeting rooms to hold small business meetings on level 8 .zeill br staying there again "

"We stayed in a club room with access to the executive lounge. The facilities are very good. The breakfast and evening "snak" in the executive lounge are excellent. Our room was clean comfortable and spacious with a good view."

"Clean and spacious room and bathroom and comfortable bed. The bathroom is a little dated, but fine for a weekend stay. Great location - easy walking distance to the city mall, train station, and RAC Arena."

"The hotel is located in the most vibrant part of the city, right in the middle of restaurants. You can't ask for a better location. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with many choices, and above all, the staff was very courteous and friendly. Our stay was pleasant and memorable. We had an issue with our room, but we were promptly offered an upgrade plus drink vouchers. We will stay there again."
