Nevertheless, I was disappointed by the front desk staff's lack of customer service, which was similarly inadequate during my previous stay. 「Great staff」

「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」
