「Everyone was nice and courteous」

「While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

「非常完美，适合安静，大厅具备了游戏桌，学习，工作区域，真的分区非常完美，早饭也在大厅吃，真的不要太方便了。而且很肃静，一直以为没有人，但等早上出去吃饭，发现都是人，大家都非常有素质，晚上很安静，没有普通酒店的那种吵杂，这点是我的爱。员工很热情。设施方便，很容易就可以找到房间。最爱的就是还有健身房。我都很喜欢。门口免费停车，最赞的是，竟然可以带狗狗入住。」

「During a very busy weekend, due to the UW-Madison graduation ceremonies, everyone at this hotel was very nice and accommodating during the 4 days we were there. Everything was nice and the employees, at the front desk, the breakfast servers, housekeeping, etc., were top notch.」
