「The room was the cleanest ive ever been in, that wasnt brand new. I came in off season so i expected thing not to be in full swing… and it was super quiet! Both great! But they advertised “pet friendly” but when we arrived with our dog, it was almost a problem. Our dog is a service dog so nothing else was said about that. Then looking around the “pet park or area” they advertised had a couple of very large, barking dogs and a goat i think? So that wasnt an option… other than being super clean it...

「Very mislead, images look a lot nicer than the actual place, rooms were disgusting, cigar bud ash marks all over the bed sheet. Outside my door the staff were yelling and arguing, I decided to just make the 4 hour drive home instead of staying there, may have lost $70 but I did not feel safe there. I would recommend avoiding unless you have no other choice.」

「This is a great place to stay. Clean, cute, comfortable, easy parking, and only a couple minutes drive to downtown and other local restaurants/attractions. We will not have any issues staying here again when we return to Eureka Springs. Wonderful place.」

「Very clean room, staff was friendly, getting ice was a little issue as there wasn’t any. Hot water in the shower was a little tricky but all in all was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again 」

「Staff was kind and informative. Beds slept great. Heat and AC worked. No microwave in rm but have one available. Refrigerator was in room. Rooms have carpet. My room had a jetted tub but inside the jets was super dirty. Room kind of stuffy. At night they have a roaring fire and provide the ingredients for s’mores. If you want more than one snore kit drive 2 min to dollar general and buy all the smores stuff you’d life. I’d do back. It’s clean. It’s safe. It’s rustic. 」
