This property looks brand new and is in perfect condition. My wife and I stayed here February 2025 had a really good experience. everything is within walking distance right outside your hotel. Hoi An is the most incredible little time with bustling night life.

This place is just like home stay type of residence not hotel type. Everything is average as per normal.. The good thing is that the location of this place is near all the night market, street market, etc.. very convinent for walking around Hoi An area.

There was no pool at this hotel. Although it said that breakfast was available, we didn’t see any place to get food. I think you have to ask to have the room cleaned and fresh towels daily. We left one night early due to the flooding and the owner got a boat and paid for it so we could get out which was really appreciated. They even brought us some beer to drink while we were stuck in the room which was nice because they couldn’t get the tv to work. Overall, it was ok for the price (even though we did not get a refund for the last night, and we were charged for the water in the room while we were stuck in there due to the flood)

Location was right next to night market! So noisy street at times. No elevator so no wheelchair access. They burn incense and can be irritant for people who have breathing issues. They do not clean rooms unless you ask.

Affordable Option Close to Everything

The family that runs this hotel does a good job of making guests feel welcome and helping with anything they can. There was heavy rain during my stay and they conveniently had spare slippers and large umbrellas for me to borrow. My bathroom had a spacious shower area and I liked that the building appeared to be newer. The locks on the doors seemed secure and there are security cameras on site. Q Villa is located next to the night market and is very close to many restaurants, massage places and shops. This is a great choice when factoring in cost, location and quality.

ナイトマーケットや旧市街から近く、観光するにあたってのロケーションは最高でした。部屋もスタイリッシュで綺麗に清掃されており、快適に過ごすことができました。宿泊料金も安くコストパフォーマンスの高い宿です。唯一の不満は2泊3日の滞在期間中、洗面所の排水口から異臭が漂っていたこと。寝室スペースとは仕切りがあるため、基本的に問題はありませんでした。

ナイトマーケットや観光スポットから近く、疲れたら戻ってこれて便利でした。ホテルというよりは、民宿という感じです。お値段がお安いので、十分だと思います。 Grabでの移動を考えていたのですが、位置情報がイマイチなのか、時間帯がダメなのか、ホテル前でのピックアップは利用不可になってました。 ホテルの方が送迎をやっていて、ダナンのドラゴンブリッジへの往復送迎は570,000VND、ココナッツボートのチケットと往復送迎で600,000VNDでした。当日依頼でも参加できました。

One of the better rooms we had ,although not huge it was a new clean and modern room with a great bed, breakfast was ok but very variable, I had the same dish 3 days in a row and it was different each day, first one was nice , second one was beautiful, third one was average, coffee cold one day hot the next and not even a full glass of juice. Free bicycles were new and in top condition. 1 minute walk to night markets and close to Old town.

夜市が行われている通りから少し入った所にあるので、街の探索に便利です。部屋は清潔感があり、セキュリティーもしっかりした感じがするので安心して過ごせます。朝食も美味しく、また、近隣を周るツアーの相談にも乗ってくれ、手配を行うこともできました。
