Wonderful stay. Lisa (at front desk) approached me in the breakfast lounge and offered us an upgrade to a room with a balcony, which we really appreciated. Very kind staff. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast!

Great Stay

All the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The greeted us daily, gave recommendations, got Memory Land tickets for us and made sure we had to go breakfast when we had early tours. Easy grab ride to all places.

the hotel is very clean and beautiful and the staff is lovely and super accommodating! the only con is that the area is a little bit away from food and such, but it is probably easier when it’s not lunar new year. would really recommend staying here- the only con is that the pool is in the shade and so are the sun beds! there are 2 or 3 beds in the corner that get some sun before 2 pm ish!

Easily the best hotel we have stayed at during our south east Asia trip. We were treated like royalty! It all started with the greeting once we arrived and did not stop. The morning buffet breakfast was fantastic along with the other food we ordered from the restaurant while poolside. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and attractions. We would stay at this hotel again in a second and wished all our stays were this memorable.

Small luxury hotel with a lot of character and charm. Ambiance, decoration, old style tyles on the floor even in the room. Old style bathroom with big and beautifully shaped bathtub. Staff is welcoming, helping and nice. (A special thank you to Mrs Tran at the reception who has been always composed and caring, and Mrs Huyen and Mrs Chi at the kitchen).

Excellent stay in Hoi An !

We had an awesome stay : a big bright room on the last floor, with a huge bed, very comfortable mattress and great pillows. The bathroom was also big with everything needed. The staff was very caring with us : they helped us with a laundry while we were away on a tour and had the nicest attention for my girlfriends birthday. As in pretty much all hotels in SEA, the soundproofing could be better, so just bring earplugs. The location is also good, a few minutes away from the city center of hoian, in a quiet alley. But overall, I could only recommend our stay and would definitely stay here again if possible.

The staff makes this place 10 times more appealing for me. They are all very helpful and accommodating. They ensure my stay continues to be great. They also have many options for food, and I’d suggest to try eating their Hoi An specialties. It was super delicious I had to order different ones during my stay to try them all. Also, take note that they also offer tours so if you prefer to book with them, you can.

Propert was average Not sound proof rooms very noisy as bar was above our room banging a lot 7n warly morning and evenings Area was very inconveinient there was no beach nearby as advertised private beach and hotel was down a shabby alley road Hotel shuttel was advertised but when u use it its only one way obe myst fibd ypur own way back to hotel Pictures on internet are not anything like the real deal however Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was fair but water and fruit drinks etc were always hot not well presented in such a hot place butter was alwats melted Also I was given a price which included a service fee and gave card details then when You pay they want to add 3% because u are paying by card . That is wrong.

Incredibly accommodating and hospitable staff - jessica on the front desk helped me to organise a motorbike rental and also bus transfers upon leaving. The bedroom was clean, modern and spacious and the hotel location is fairly central in hoi an, not far from the old town.
