"All 3 elevators were out of service and our room was on the 8th floor. We were traveling with our young child and heavy luggage so this was obviously very challenging. I can’t imagine how this could have worked for guests with disabilities. The hotel did not offer any apologies or make any good gestures to make up for this. "

"Great experience, staff were exceptional. Located on the edge of Stuttgart with easy access to train. A bit of shopping close by. I enjoyed the location mostly because it avoided Stuttgart traffic. It was easy to get in and out of town."

The hotel design and decoration are very classy. We only stay for one night but we had great experience. We will choose this hotel again in the future. "
