The main staff person working the help desk, was incredible rude, and I was basically yelling at me and making snide comments. He should he fired immediately.

Es ist fĂŒr uns ein RĂ€tsel, wie die vielen positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen. Wir hatten ein Comfort-Zimmer gebucht. Wie sich am nĂ€chsten Tag herausstellte, wurden wir beim Check-in dreist vom Mitarbeiter belogen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, ob es sich tatsĂ€chlich um ein Comfort-Zimmer handle, bejahte er dies. Eine Umbuchung war nicht möglich, da angeblich kein Comfort-Zimmer verfĂŒgbar war – was ich stark bezweifle. Als wir abends ins Hotel zurĂŒckkamen, hatten die ReinigungskrĂ€fte unsere Zimmerkarte einfach mitgenommen! Ich wandte mich an die Rezeption, doch auch diesmal erhielten wir nur eine pauschale Entschuldigung – sonst nichts! Es wirkte einstudiert, als wĂ€re das die Standardantwort fĂŒr sĂ€mtliche Beschwerden. Auf meine Nachfrage nach dem Vorgesetzten hieß es, dieser sei nicht da – und ĂŒbers gesamte Wochenende selbstverstĂ€ndlich nicht erreichbar (wie praktisch). Die Dusche war unhygienisch – die Glasabtrennung wurde nicht gereinigt, was sehr unangenehm und zum Teil eklig war. Der Platz in der Dusche ist extrem beengt (und wir sind beide sehr schlank), sodass wir uns beim Duschen stĂ€ndig drehen mussten, um nicht die schmutzigen WĂ€nde zu berĂŒhren. Zudem schwankte die Wassertemperatur stĂ€ndig stark – so sehr, dass wir uns mehrfach verbrĂŒhten, da man sich kaum rechtzeitig wegbewegen konnte. Wir werden diese Hotelkette nie wieder buchen und raten auch jedem davon ab. Es ist eine Schande!

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Matratze wsr fĂŒr meinen Geschmack ok, aber nicht super. Das ist aber auch immer persönliches Empfinden. Nach Außen super Isolierung, daher ruhig. Hatte kein FrĂŒhstĂŒck, daher kann ich nur das Zimmer bewerten.
