I had a minor fall on arrival and the receptionist went out of his way to ensure I was well looked after, Thanks I’d suggest some improved lighting at the car park entrance to the hotel, or at least painting of the step to make it easier to see and hopefully avoid any further falls.

Excelent location

Very good option around the main train station. The hotel is quite older bit is good for a 2-3 nights stay to go around the City. The room was confortable and bathroom was ok. Recommended!

Hotel Experience

We enjoy staying in Hotel Rieker since many years during the Christmas Market season. However this year there was a problem with the elevator and it could not be solved during our three days stay. Fortunately the kind and friendly receptionist Mrs. Natali Matar was helpful. She and her husband helped us to bring down all our heavy luggages when we departed. We want to thank again Mrs. Natali Matar. The hotel is so lucky to have this nice lady as their personnel. Havva Başkaya Saloglu

Great Value

Staff was amazing. Helpful all the time. Location across from the main train station can’t be beat!! Super clean with daily room cleaning. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not fancy, but the overall value is really what matters. I’m planning to stay there whenever I visit Stuttgart!

Worth consideration for the location

Basic room but ample size for a singleton. Very helpful staff, great location for transport services and shopping. Shame the BBC world channel wasn't working ...however there was France 24 (in English)
