「Need more staff, hard to find anyone at the front desk」

「Room was clean and comfortable, overall location was good. Property in general was clean and staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee and water in the lobby. The pool area seemed well-maintained. The only disappointing part was the breakfast - the breakfast area was quite small and crowded and there were no hot foods available, only bread, instant oatmeal, a waffle maker, and yogurts.」

「The stay was mediocre, but to top it all off because a few of the Linens got dirty they decided to try and charge me $560 for a washcloth being dirty, two of the cheap hand rag style floor mats for the shower we're dirty and I spelled a small amount of tea on a sheet. Apparently justifying them trying to charge me over half $1,000」

「Bodhi Farms is magical, such a creative and clever use of the land! The beds are comfy, the bedding is soft and they’ve thought of everything (bed warmer, hot water kettle, robes) Our only critique is that there should be phone staffing - we had some confusion on the check in process and couldn’t get a call/text/email back in a timely manner - all worked out in the end, though 😉. Can’t wait to stay again!」

「Tanya at Day Spa is phenomenal. She has been a great 89-S to Livingston direction assistanc. which is north, or Yellowstone National park main Entrance near Chico. It's only 30 minutes to Chico from the entrance! And, it's at mile marker 1, like she said! She was witty & so professional too! MaryAnn at Day Spa is also phenomenal, especially at our 1 hour couples massage & my 30 min facial earlier. Food at VERY great diner was worth reservation. 「Had to add one more day to my stay. Made separate reservation as there was no option to add online. Called the property to ask if we could stay in the same room as the 2nd reservation was a room with a tub. They said they took care of it. I also got a response online to my online request that it was taken care. They gave me a room with a tub at check in so I assumed everything was taken care of. But that was not the case. Our keys wouldn't work when we came back the 3rd day. Front desk...
